Charles R. Fenton became a Silent Key at 4:00 AM on April 20, 2006. He was 85 years old and was in Florida at the time. Charlie had a heart attack a few days before and his condition became worse.

Charlie was a member of B.A.R.S. and served as Assistant Secretary and on the Board of Directors in the mid 1980's. He was a "member" of the ROMEOs (Retired Old Men Eating Out).
